Shipping Policy
Worldwide shipping available. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date, this excludes weekends. Express and Expedited Fedex orders will be processed the same day if placed before 9am EST, any Express or Expedited Fedex orders placed after 9am EST will process the following business day. Please note that Maleeka Beauty Spa & Salon is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees do apply. Maleeka Beauty Spa & Salon does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, packages stating delivered by USPS or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Maleeka Beauty Spa & Salon does not claim responsibility for package delays or lost items due to items being returned to sender by our third party mail carriers, for reasons including, but not limited to: insufficient addresses, incorrect address provided at check out, inaccessible delivery location at time of delivery, unpaid duties fees, and inability to forward package to updated addresses. We do offer standard shipping with insurance, Priority and Express packages are automatically insured. For more information on international custom fees please contact your postal office or local government. Maleeka Beauty Spa & Salon does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery or reimburse you for this fee. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us and store credit will be issued, minus the initial shipping cost.
Please note all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
Return & Exchange Policy
All products can only be returned if the item has not been opened and is in its original packaging. If the product has been opened or sampled it is ineligible for return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges, only returns. If your item is eligible for return you can return the item and then repurchase once your refund or credit has been issued.
